The rain has finally gone away and races at the 41st annual NHRA drag racing series begin Friday. It took track workers about 2 hours to get the asphalt dry. Races started around 4pm. Qualifying rounds started with the Sportsman category, then the Pro Stock Bike, Pro Stock, Funny Car and the Top Fuel divisions.
