Police are searching for two men who attacked a man outside his hotel room early Friday morning.

Ocala police responded to the Howard Johnson hotel on Blitchton Road to investigate a robbery. When they arrived, they saw a man with his hands and feet tied together with a plastic zip tie and tape over his mouth.

According to police, the victim was returning to his room when two masked men dressed in black pants and sweatshirts came from behind and shoved him into his room.

One intruder hit the man on the back of the head with a gun and took his money. And, the other sexually assaulted the victim and choked him with a rope until he passed out.
