Micanopy Celebrates Doc Hollywood Days
Published May 8th, 2010
Hollywood came to Micanopy back in 1991 with the movie, Doc Hollywood. And years later, the town is still celebrating with Doc Hollywood Days.
Micanopy held its annual parade Saturday morning. More than two dozen floats, bagpipers, custom cars, horses and riders, and marching bands were on display.
TV20's David Snyder had the tough task of controlling this pig.
The annual antique and hot rod show followed the parade.
