The Fourth of July may be over but the fireworks are still going off. An estimated eighty-nine residents in Alachua county called the 911 dispatch to complain of noise and fireworks. The city of Alachua held it's annual firework festivities last night and officers answered thirty to forty calls within city limits of noise complaints. Police will come and check an area if they are called.
