Babe Ruth Softball World Series

Ten softball teams from all over the country have made their to the city of Alachua to batter up. Girls ranging from ages 12 and under will represent their teams in the Babe Ruth Softball World Series. The city has been renovating Hal Brady Recreation Center for months, paving the parking lot and adding new fences. City officials are expecting thousands of fans.
