A tree fell on a house in Williston on Tuesday. The family escaped with no harm but the house didn't. On Thursday the City of Williston removed the debris from the road when the remaining two branches came crashing down, crushing a shed and hitting a neighbor's house. No one was hurt but the damage was done. The neighbor who owned the house said despite the damage it is still livable and the other neighbor only suffered minor damages. When we contacted the City of Williston about the rest of the tree falling while they cleared the road,the city clerk said she didn't have any information and no one from the city could comment on the incident.
