Published October 24th, 2010
November second is just around the corner, and one group is determined to get a high voter turnout in North Central Florida. The African American Accountability Alliance sponsored the Get Out The Vote Rally at the Bo Diddley Plaza Sunday afternoon. Nearly a thousand people showed up to the event which featured Reverend Al Sharpton as the guest speaker. After saying a few words to the media, the reverend didn't sugar coat his message to listeners about the importance of voting.
