Gainesville Courted By Statewide Candidates Before Election
Published November 1st, 2010
Less than 24 hours before the 2010 midterm election, four candidates for statewide office made stops in Gainesville.
Democrats Kendrick Meek, Alex Sink, Dan Gelber, and Scott Maddox campaigned for North Central Florida votes.
It's been an election season where every vote counts and the Democrats say that a majority of races could come down to the wire.
Sink and Meek were campaigning in North Central Florida ahead of a rally tonight in Orlando that will feature Bill Clinton speaking on behalf of both candidates.
