"Teacher of the Year" Nominees

Three teachers have been selected as finalists for the 2011 Alachua County Teacher of the Year program.
Louise Brown from J.J. Finley Elementary School, Sharon Sailor from Oak View Middle School, and Michael Testa from Buchholz High School have been named this year's representatives for the district's elementary, middle, and high schools.
One will go on to represent the district in the state "Teacher of the Year" program. The name of that teacher will be announced at the annual celebration on February 17.
