Am Amber Alert was issued this morning out of Panama City for a one year old boy who was found just hours later. At the same time, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement put North Central Florida's law enforcement to the test. A mock child abduction exercise had three counties searching for a missing boy and a suspect. While it was all staged, it was very real for those involved.
