Florida Unemployment Changes
Published August 1st, 2011
Floridians who want to file for unemployment
compensation- or to update an existing claim- will now have to do
so online.
Starting August 1, the system will be completely digital. That
translates to an annual savings of $4.7 million in administrative
costs.
TV 20's Bob Williams spoke with Kim Vaught of Florida Works about what the changes will mean for people in North Central Florida.
