A man accused of murder in the Holly Heights neighborhood is now officially charged with first degree murder. Investigators say Larry Gordon, 41, of tampa shot to death Robert Strappier, 30, of Archer.

Strappier's family, along with deputies, question whether his death could have been prevented-- if someone had stepped up before it was too late.
