Angel Food Shut Down
Published September 21st, 2011
Another agency that helps feed people is in trouble. Angel Food Ministries, a non profit group that provides low-cost food to needy families, has temporarily stopped its operations. It's a service that many families in North Central Florida count on, but the economy is making it tough for Angel Food to keep going. News of the shutdown leaves families that rely on this service in shock. An increase in costs is just the beginning for needy families.
