Putnam County Sheriff's Deputies searched Jerry Mutter's car after seeing him act suspiciously in Palatka. They found a mobile meth lab in his trunk.
Then deputies followed a theft suspect to Matthew Willis's home in Interlachen, and found an active meth lab in his trailer.
The meth labs were cleaned up by a specialty crew. Mutter and Willis are being held without bond.
