Mother Outraged Driver Didn't Help Child

Stacey Taylor has lived in bell for almost ten years and has had no complaints about the area. That changed this past Tuesday when her seventeen year old daughter had a seizure on the bus and the driver didn't help out. Taylor says she wants to know if the driver followed protocol.
