State Seeking Death Penalty

The State Attorney is seeking the death penalty against Ocala resident thirty one year old James Bannister. Bannister is accused of murdering four including two kids in reportedly setting the house on fire. Victim's family members say they don't want the death penalty they want to see Bannister behind bars for life and remember the faces of those he murdered.
