If you're into music, especially country music, this is a great weekend in north-central Florida. Silver Springs 2012 Concert Series is underway and features country music legend Merle Haggard on Saturday. Haggard, or "The Hag" as he's often referred to, has released over 65 albums in his career going back to the 60's. The Hag has also been nominated 42 times for CMA awards....and you have your chance to see him this weekend.

Another veteran country music star will also be in Marion County this weekend. Roy Clark, who many remember fondly as host of the country variety show "Hee Haw", performs Saturday. Clark hosted "Hee Haw" for over 20 years, while his career as a country musician and performer dates back to the 50's.
