A corrections officer in Marion County has resigned after being charged with video voyeurism. 37-year-old Harvey Lavigne handed in his resignation letter Friday. Lavigne was arrested for allegedly using his web cam to watch two underage girls undress. 50-year-old Karen Art, a nurse at the Marion County Jail, is accused of having arranged the encounter.
