Marion County Schools get Top Ranking

Five Marion County schools are ranked in the top in the nation.
The ranking is from the U.S. News and World Report magazine.
They looked at almost 22,000 thousand public high schools across the nation.
Vanguard High School has been featured before and now ranks in the top 2 percent.
Belleview, West Port, Lake Weir High Schools along with the Marion Technical Institute also are on the list.
Schools were awarded gold, silver, or bronze medals based on state proficiency standards, how well they prepare students for college, and other factors, their website states.
