Williston City Manager Patrick Miller Suspended
Published June 15th, 2012
Less than a year after he took the position of Williston's City Manager, Patrick Miller has been suspended.
It's a position that has seen a lot of traffic in the past year.
Since 2011, Williston has seen 3 different City Managers, and the resignation of their former City Attorney, and now Council-Member, Norm Fugate.
The circumstances surrounding Miller's recent suspension are unclear, but audio from an emergency meeting on May 24th sheds some light on the controversy.
Emergency Meeting Audio-- 5/24
-"Let me ask a question... um, is the charge that we're talking about... What is it?
"Is it sexual harassment or what?"
- "Yes."
Another Emergency City Council Meeting is scheduled for next Tuesday. The top item on the agenda? City Manager Position.
