Food Reimbursement From Power Outages

The loss of power caused by the storm is making refrigerated food go bad.
If you experienced food loss due to flooding or power outages caused by Tropical Storm Debby, The State of Florida..through The Department of Children and Families is offering help to buy replacement food.
You can also provide a written statement as long as it has the same information as the form.
