More Than Just Kids Heading Back to School
GAINESVILLE - More than just kids are heading to school this year, some of their parents are among those hitting the books.
One mother of five told us that with the way jobs are going, her current one just wasn't cutting it.
She needed a better career, her family was struggling.
Though going back to school has been hard on her family, she says its all been worth it.
"Your family struggles too…you're never home…your husband or whomever is helping with the kids…and your schooling takes over everything else while you are making the sacrifice."
Its a sacrifice she has been making for two years, but thankfully, she is almost done with the program.
When she is done, she will be a medical assistant.
