Supreme Court Justices To Appear At UF

GAINESVILLE - Three Florida Supreme Court Justices will be discussing the importance of maintaining an independent judicial branch of government in Florida next week at the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
The event will take place Thursday, October 18 at 1 p.m.
The event is free and open to the public.
All seven Florida Supreme Court Justices are invited, and so far Justices Barbara J. Pariente, R. Fred Lewis and Peggy A. Quince are confirmed to appear.
The three justices are on the Nov. 6 ballot for merit retention this year.
