Vice President Joe Biden made a campaign stop in Ocala on Wednesday.
This comes two weeks after his counterpart, Republican Paul Ryan visited Ocala.
About 2500 people gathered at the Discovery Center at Tuscawilla park on Wednesday to hear Vice President Joe Biden go on the attack against Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan.
" Who do you trust to stand up for the middle class? Who do you trust to put americans interest before it's own? Barack Obama is the man you should trust," said Biden.
Hundreds waited in line in hopes to hear Vice President Biden speak about education student loans and the economy.
"I want him to map out his plan about the economy to reassure us that we have a solid plan and that he is actually going to move us forward," said Marco Farrar.
Biden spoke about the future of medicare, women's health and womans pay compared to men.
"Barack and I believe in our core that his daughters and my four grand daughters deserve every single opportunity my sons have and my grandsons," said Biden.
Biden had a lot to say about the Romney Ryan budget and what he believes that may mean for Americans.
"The truth of the matter is that the Romney Ryan budget not only decimates medicare, it knocks out 19 million people out of medicaid. It takes billion dollars a year out of education. It eliminates all the help you middle class folks get to keep your kids in college or send them to college. it eviscerates pell grants, etc.," said Biden.
One supporter said she was glad to hear biden touch base on local issues.
"There issues are medicare social security. He explained what it will mean. We will not automatically be on medicare," said Anne Timoner.
Biden encouraged everyone to go out and vote, hoping president obama will win the swing state.
"If we win Florida, we win this election," said Biden.
