Monday is Veterans Day and there are a number of closures:

Most county and city administrative offices across North Central Florida will be closed on Monday, including county courts.

The U.S. Postal Service offices will be closed Monday.

Most banks and credit unions will be closed on Monday.

Santa Fe College and the University of Florida will be closed on Monday. Classes will resume on Tuesday.

RTS offices will be closed on Monday, and there will be no RTS bus service. Regular services will resume on Tuesday.

Residential curbside collection for solid waste, recycling and yard trash will operate as normally scheduled in Gainesville.

Most public schools will be open on Monday.
