Amazing Weight Loss Story

GAINESVILLE - It's is New Year's Resolution and unlike many, Alachua County Deputy Brian Gregalot is a success story. Twenty seven year old Brian Gregalot, has lost 100 pounds in eleven months. Gregalot says the reason was because he was engaged to be married and wanted to get in shape. Gregalot works out six days a week for 2 to 3 hours a day. In eleven months he went from weighing from 308 pounds to 206.
"I weigh about 206 I feel absolutely amazing, I'm so much healthier I'm able to compete with everything I'm able to go out and try out for stuff before I could even dream of," Gregalot said.
Gregalot says he plans to also complete in half marathons and bodybuilding competitions.
