It's the third time Trust Across America has called him a "Top 100 Thought Leader." John Spence was recognized again for his business consulting success. On January 25th, United Way held a seminar in which the expert mentored the Gainesville community. He talked about the importance about building organizations based on trust. Spence says his most important piece of advice is to value the customer.

     {John Spence, Business Consulting Expert} "I think the two or three things I would look at would be owning the voice of the customer, understanding your customer deeply, being extremely customer focused, and then having a high level of accountability."

     Spence says his success comes from his eagerness to learn. Now, tickets to the seminar were $100 per person with all the proceeds going towards the United Way of North Central Florida.
