Some RTS Routes Suspended for Spring Break
GAINESVILLE - Due to collegiate Spring Break, the Regional Transit System (RTS) will have impacts to its service between Saturday, March 2 and Sunday, March 10, 2013 as follows:
Beginning Saturday, March 2, RTS will provide reduced service on City Fixed Routes 1, 9, 10, 12, 13, 16, 17, 20, 23, 34, 35, 36 and 43. An “R” on RTS Route Schedules (printed and online) indicates buses that run whenever RTS reduces service on a route.
There will be no service on City Fixed Routes 21, 22, 27, 28, 29, 38, 39, 46, 62 and 76. Later Gator and Campus service will also be suspended.
There are no changes in service on remaining City Fixed Routes 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 15, 24, 25 and 75, which will follow their normal Spring 2013 schedules. Paratransit service will not be affected.
Reduced Spring Service will continue through Sunday, March 10.
Normal srvice will resume on Monday, March 11, 2013.
