Michael Bargo Trial Continues

On Thursday a number of experts and law enforcement officers testified in the Michael Bargo trial.
Bargo is charged with first degree murder for the death of Seath Jackson.
Prosecutors showed picture of a floating paint bucket that was taken back in April 2011.
Seath Jackson's remains were found at a limerock quarry after he was brutally murdered.
"The information that we were provided was that there were three buckets and only observing one bucket we knew that we had to look for an additional two and the potential of them being under the water," said a Marion County deputy.
Prosecutors said 21-year-old Michael Bargo allegedly led a group of teens into beating shooting and throwing Jackson's body in a fire pit.
On Thursday a Lessburg medical examiner testified about Jackson's cause of death.
"In my opinion the cause of death was gunshot wound or wounds and blood force trauma and my opinion the manner of death is homicide," said a witness.
After listening to several experts and law enforcement officers, the jury heard
from William Fockler who was in the booking area at the Marion County Jail when Bargo was brought in by the SWAT team.
"Then he said we basically dragged his body in the bathtub. Bargo tried to break his legs or something with a bat or piece of wood, he woke up again and that's when he said walked back out got the gun came back in and shot him a couple more time to make sure he was completely dead," said Fockler.
Bargos defense attorney Charles Holloman did not cross examine many witnesses on Thursday, but did question Fockler about Bargos confession.
"He just kept saying I so I assumed it was him until I read stuff later. I didn't know there was other people that had did anything," said Fockler.
On top of all the witnesses who testified today, several pieces of evidence were presented in court.
Most of them are very graphic. The pictures show Jacksons charred bones.
