Brutal Bus Beating Caught on Tape

A shocking school bus beating in Florida was caught on tape.
The video shows a 13-year-old boy brutally stomped by three fellow students.
All three of the attackers involved have been charged with aggravated battery, but new questions are surfacing about the the only adult present, bus driver John Moody.
"I got a fight, I need hep in a hurry," Moody pleads with a dispatcher. "I need help in hurry, got a fight."
Police say that the three 15-year-olds attacked the 13-year-old after he told school officials that one had tried to sell him drugs.
Authorities says the attackers broke the victim's arm and stole his money.
According to Pinellas County School policy, the driver is not required to intervene, only to call dispatch.
Moody says he was too afraid to step in.
Gulfport police say Moody won't face charges, but that the 64-year-old--who retired just two weeks after the beating--could have done more.
"There was clearly an opportunity for him to intervene and or check on the welfare of the children, or the child in this case, and he didn't make any effort to do so."
While his attorney says that was not an option, Moody says he's still haunted by the attack.
"I wanted to help him so bad."
