Atlanta, GA
An arrest was made in the case of a video taped beating of a gay man in Atlanta.
Residents rallied this weekend to ask for change in their community where a 20-year-old was beaten outside of a store.
After three men beat the 20-year-old, they posted the video to the Internet.
Ivestigators believe he was targeted because he is gay.
Police have so far arrest an 18-year-old who is charged with aggravated assault and robbery.
Police say they know who the other two men in this video are, and plan to arrest them soon.
Those who attended the rally say police can help in the short term with arrests and patrols, but it's really up to those who live in that area to stop the violence in the long run.
