One of the men responsible for making the recent viral video "Kony 2012" has been taken into police custody.  Witnesses say a man, later identified as Jason Russell, was wearing only his underwear and walking in traffic at an intersection in San Diego on Thursday.  Russell is shown on the right side of the screen. He is co-founder of the non-profit group invisible children.  It's part of a campaign to stop ugandan warlord Joseph Kony.
