In Houston, Texas a 3 day old baby who was kidnapped after his mother was fatally shot, has been found alive.

Kayla Marie Golden and her baby left the pediatric clinic and returned to her red pickup truck in the parking lot.

The 28 year old mother got into an argument with a woman sitting in a Lexus parked to her.

The woman got out of the car and shot Golden multiple times.

A man who was in the Lexus got out and grabbed Golden's 3 day old son.

Police and SWAT teams converged on an apartment complex where the Lexus was found parked.

The young mother died at the hospital.

One unidentified person has been detained by police as a "person of interest" in the case but another suspect is still out there.
