Week five of "Dancing with the Stars" ended with a cha cha challenge. And when the dancing was done, the judges voted to keep actor Jaleel White on the show. Singer Gavin Degraw can now concentrate on his concert tour.
Nicollette Sheridan is going to get another day in court. A judge has refused to dismiss her lawsuit her "Desperate Housewives" bosses. Sheridan sued ABC/Disney and series creator Marc Cherry for $6 Million for wrongful termination after her character, Edie Britt, was killed off in a 2008 episode. But last month a jury deadlocked in favor of Sheridan after her first trial. A new trial is set for September 10.
Lionel Ritchie has his highest charting album in 25 years. The veteran soul singer's new country album "Tuskegee" moved into the number one spot on the Billboard chart three weeks after it's release. The 62-year-old Richie collaborated with stars like Blake Shelton, Shania Twain and Willie Nelson.
