Black Bear Falls From Tree

Firefighters in Colorado received an unusual phone call on Thursday. Parks and Wildlife colleagues informed them that they had tranquilized a black bear that climbed up a tree in a residential neighborhood. The problem was that the bear, instead of falling from the tree, had climbed higher and gotten stuck. A firefighter solved the problem by climbing up a ladder and giving the sleeping bear a little nudge. Luckily, the bear came falling down onto a tarp below.
