The same reporter pulled an unappreciated stunt on Madonna at the Venice Film Festival last September, presenting her with hydrangeas, which she says she hates.
Pop Diva Lady Gaga continues to rock Asia with her "Born This Way" Tour. About 200 young christians marched for the 2nd straight day to protest her two concerts in the Philippines this week.
And the music world is remembering the Bee Gees' Robin Gibb who succumbed to cancer Sunday at 62. He was the oldest of the Gibb brothers, who, as the BeeGees, created the signature sound of the disco era on the soundtrack of the movie Saturday Night Fever."
At movie house Box Office "The Avengers" dominated the action, pulling in $55 million in its third week. Universal's "Battleship" opened a distant no. 2 with $25 million domestically.
