Steven Tyler has decided to depart his role as a judge on American Idol.
The Aerosmith front man served as a judge during the 10th and 11th seasons of Idol.
In a statement, Tyler said "After some long hard thoughts I've decided it's time for me to let go of my mistress 'American Idol' before she boils my rabbit".
No word from producers on a replacement for Tyler.
For those who call themselves geeks or nerds, this weekend the San Diego Convention Center is the center of the universe.
From Thursday to Sunday, more than 100,000 pop-culture fanatics will flock to Comic-Conmany in costume.
The Olympic-sized celebration of movies, TV, video games and memorabilia began as a comic book convention 43 years ago.
Now it features A-listers from Hollywood promoting new movies and TV shows.
Usually the stars sue the paparazzi, but this time it's the other way around.
Photographer Delbert Shaw has filed a lawsuit against Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green.
Shaw claims the couple hurled verbal threats as he photographed them in front of the Four Seasons Resort in, Hawaii.
The December 2010 confrontation quickly escalated.
In the suit, Shaw alleges that Green knocked Shaw to the ground, hitting him and causing severe injuries and even threw is Iphone into the ocean.
Green and Fox deny Shaw's allegations.
