Usher's recent run-in with an alleged stalker could be used against him in a lengthy custody battle with his ex-wife.
According to TMZ, Tameka Raymond is scared for the safety of their 2 children, after a woman broke into the singer's gated home last month, while the kids were there.
Usher has obtained a restraining order against his alleged stalker.
The custody dispute is set to resume in court next month.
KISS unleashed it's "monster" book in the UK.
The glam rockers are in London to release the large limited edition, that chronicles the last 40 years of the band.
Only 1000 copies of "monster" will be sold and each will be signed by the band.
They're performing in London this week, with all the proceeds from the ticket sales going to charity.
"The Amazing Spider-man" is off to a high-flying start.
The film took in an estimated 7.5 million dollars for its mid-night, US debut.
While it's no-where near the 18 and a half million "The Avengers" pulled in earlier this summer it's about even with Spider-man 3 and Iron-man 2 for a midnight release.
