Gainesville is a transient town. Some joke that a "native" is someone who has lived here for ten years. Some people are here to pick up a few college classes or possibly complete their residency at a hospital.
But others arrive in Gainesville with no sense of purpose.
They drift from place to place often falling in the with wrong crowd and ending up on the wrong side of the law.
15 years ago that is what happened to one woman. In this week's Cold Case File, TV 20's Paige Beck explains what happened to Earleen Boyd.

Gainesville police do have several suspects but need someone to come forward with information about anyone Earleen may have been frightened of or was last seen with.
