A Starke man died Saturday after losing control of his motorcycle.
Otto Siemer, 60, was driving on State Road 100 in Putnam County around 2:30 Saturday morning when officers say Siemer lost control of the motorcycle. The motorcyle overturned on the side of road then dropped off an embankment.
Officials said Siemer flew off the bike as it overturned several times before stopping over three hundred feet from the road.
The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating whether alcohol was a factor in this crash.
