Levy County Sheriff Johnny Smith says he and all of his employees are like one big family, but right now that family might be in crisis.
In an investigative report, TV20's Josh Rosenthal says that certain family members say a favored son is getting preferential treatment.

Ithink they should look at Johnny Smithalso,there are alot of people in levy county,that would love to take a stand againt the law here,but we would pay for it by being targeted by the law and find ourself in jail or worse. I wish the governemt for the people WOULD REALLY TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT SMITH, look at the money he just happen to find in the bank when he wanted new police cars,and( thats just one thing).THANKS SCARED TO COMMENT. b.s.

Anyone who would taser his own dog for getting on the furniture does not deserve the responsibility of dealing with the public. What are these people thinking??
