A dream came true for our Jeffrey Meldon scholar/athlete of the week on Wednesday - Columbia high's Jamaal Montague signing a scholarship to play football for the University of South Florida. Yet, Jamaal is quick to say none of it would have been possible if he didn't make the grade the classroom first.
