There are many different games that can be played with a deck of cards. But there is one card deck that has a serious message for the players. In July 2007, 100,000 decks of cold case playing cards were handed out by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to jail inmates. Those cards included Phillip Brian Sweat of Gainesville. He is the subject of this week's Cold Case File as the 5th anniversary of his murder approaches.
