Gator baseball—ranked preseason No. 1--opens with an extreme exam—Cal State/Fullerton--- a repetitive national power… 

In nine days—NASCAR’s new year “begins” with the Daytona 500—biggest stock-car happening on Earth… 

There’s “lots more”… golf’s PGA Tour spends all of March playing in Florida… 

Closer to home---Gator softball— ranked No. 1— is off to a 6-and-0—and plays three this weekend against Michigan State …

There’s Florida gymnastics—ranked No. 2 nationally… and a potent  Gator lacrosse team… 

A great—historic joy of Florida’s springtime is Major League Baseball training … Without a long  drive---drop in on “camps” of the Red Sox… Cardinals… Braves… Yankees… Tigers… Rays… Marlins and Phillies…
