OCALA- Our Jeffrey Meldon TV20 Scholar Athlete of the Week helped the Forest High girl's golf team to their best season in almost 20 years. 

Angela Gaines medaled in all 16 of the Wildcats regular season matches, and led the 'Cats to their first district championship since 1995. 

Gaines also maintains a 3.67 grade point average, and has taken 51 credit hours at the College of Central Florida. 

By the time she graduates high school, Angela will have also earned her AA degree.
