GAINESVILLE- Garrett Westlake embodies the role of captain for the PK Yonge Cross Country team. 

Currently the fourth-ranked runner in Florida in Class 1A, Westlake has never let his status as the team (and district's) best runner, performing such tasks as cleaning the team bus and helping teammates with homework all while maintaining a 3.7 unweighted GPA.
