FORT WHITE - This week's Jeffrey Meldon TV20 Scholar Athlete of the week is a dominating force on the mound for the Fort White baseball team.

Robby Howell averages 11 strikeouts a game and will play for UCF next year.

He does the opposite of striking out in the classroom with a 3.83 GPA.
