He ran into the record books, and danced with the stars. Emmitt Smith is one of those guys that seems to succeed no matter what the challenge, and now the former Gator great has a new one in Bristol, Connecticut. ESPN hires Smith as a studio analyst for its coverage of the NFL. The league's all-time leading rusher will appear on NFL countdown, as well as Monday Night Countdown. He'll also do work for ESPN Radio and ESPN.com.
Smith holds Florida records for yards in a game, yards in a season and career touchdowns.
