JOHN BROWN MAY BE READY TO JOIN UF
Published August 3rd, 2007
John Brown has been hailed as a player who might be able to contribute immediately for the Gators. Of course, he has to make sure he can qualify academically.
Problem solved, says his Lakeland High School Head Coach Bill Castle said. Castle said today that Brown has successfully completed the final academic work necessary to qualify. This has not been verified by Florida officials, but if true, it would mark the second year in a row all incoming freshmen were academically eligible.
