CELTICS WIN CHAMPIONSHIP ON TV20

CELTICS WIN CHAMPIONSHIP ON TV20

Published June 18th, 2008

This time there was no letdown, no comeback, no flurry of points from Kobe Bryant late. There was just the Boston Celtics making shot, after shot, after shot. The Celtics defeated the Los Angeles Lakers 131-92 in one of the most lopsided games in NBA Finals history and the Celtics won the series four games to one.
Paul Pierce was named the Most Valuable Player of the Finals.
